It was lovely to go along and watch a concert given by a school from Madrid at St Paul’s Actors Church in Covent Garden last week.

Part of a school music tour to London, the school brought their choir, orchestra and wind band on tour and also performed in a school in West London.

Outside their concert programme, they visited Handel’s house and the Tower of London and had time for some shopping and bowling.

“Hannah (their account manager) was wonderful with us on email and on skype,” Joy, their party leader commented. “She’s very organized and gave us prompts when we needed them (which was quite often).

“Isabel was equally efficient and pleasant to work with. I was happy to have frequent communication. The itinerary was clear and both Hannah and Isabel were very professional.

“The people we worked with from Club Europe were wonderful, and our kids had a great time.”

Speaking of their tour manager, Joy continued; “Rosie met us at the hostel and was very pleasant and positive with all of us. She was a dream to work with. She was helpful in every way and I enjoyed talking with her at meal times and when we had a bit of downtime.

“She was staying at the hostel with us, and was with us almost the whole time. Having her there made my colleague and I much more comfortable. Whenever we had a question or a problem, Rosie was right there to help us solve it. Her calm attitude was exactly what we needed, which gave us more energy to put towards our students and performances.”
