A rock band and choir from a school in Kent have had a fantastic school music tour to Noordwijk. “Brilliant!” was the verdict of their music teacher Liz.
Liz has been on several tours with us: “I was very impressed with Alahree [her account manager] as in previous years. [She is] highly experienced, very approachable, friendly, professional, understanding and helpful in all communications.
“We had a great time on our tour. Everything went really well, the pupils were well behaved and really enjoyed themselves and we had great weather. The concerts went well and having the beach just over the road was a major plus, as the students were very excited after the concerts and we could turn them loose on the beach and just let them run it off before bedtime!
“We loved the hotel and the staff there were very helpful and accommodating, and there were no complaints about the food from anyone which is pretty good going!
“Chris [their tour manager] was absolutely invaluable and was incredibly helpful in ringing ahead to double check our excursions, sorting out a refund issue at the theme park, and generally going ahead of us everywhere to make sure everything was in order and thinking of things before I did, so we minimised the time spent waiting around.
“With four staff between 29 students I simply couldn’t have done everything he did and we were so grateful to him. He also had a really nice manner with the students and was fully involved without being in the way. We discovered he and I studied music at the same university so we had plenty to talk about!
“He was absolutely invaluable. The tour would certainly not have been so successful without him.”
