Meet the team

Verena joined Club Europe in 2017, helping with the administration and operations for our student ski groups.

“I started skiing when I was five years old and it is now our favourite family sport. I love being in the mountains, the feeling of absolute freedom.

“My favourite destination are the Dolomites where I spend most of my holidays – winter and summer. I really enjoy working with the ski team, helping our young skiers get the best experience possible and working in an industry whose sport I love so much.”

In 2018 Verena  took on the additional role of publicity co-ordinator, creating posters, flyers and banners for our school music touring groups.

“My previous job in the tourism industry has helped me here,” Verena added. “My specific department was destination management and I also did online marketing for  tourism organisations and hotels.

Born in South Tyrol in Italy, Verena speaks fluent English, Italian and German. “It’s great to be able to use my languages in my job and also to be able to speak with the other Italian and German speaking Club Europe staff. It feels good to be part of the friendly team at Club Europe; everyone here works very hard and cares a lot about their job and getting it right.”
