'Club Europe were professional, polite and always happy to help'

A school from Cologne have just returned from a wonderful European school tour to the Euro Space Center in Belgium.

Being astronauts for the day, students took part in a number of amazing space activities and challenges at the Euro Space Center and also had time to explore the area in a programme of educational visits.

Here’s what Stephen their Head of Sciences, had to say of their experience:

“Everything ran smoothly. No questions were deemed too foolish and there was always somebody to contact.

“Any questions were dealt with promptly by Jonathan, my Account Manager, who was always available to update me on anything that needed to be done.

“He was also very flexible in terms of allowing us to chase payments and meet deadlines – always appreciated when dealing with forgetful parents and kids!

“Likewise, Isabel, our Operations Manager, was always friendly and professional. She dealt with questions – even the annoying ones – politely and professionally.

“I couldn’t fault the staff at the ESC. They were great with the kids and always had time to deal with any minor problems as they arose. Our hostel was in a good location, to the south of the city, 25 minutes to the very centre, but only 10-15 until you’re in Bruges. It was the nicest hostel I’ve stayed in.

“Damir, our tour manager, was excellent, very quick to respond to any query and happy to deal with anything.

“In summary, Club Europe were professional, polite and always happy to help.”
