'He took my idea and made it come true'

One of our teachers from Brussels traveled with a party of her students by Eurostar for a wonderful Theatre Studies trip to London.

Veronica commented:

“Our account manager Rob was always quick to respond, attentive and open. He took my idea and made it come true. Isabel, our Operations Manager was super helpful, answering emails at all times. Her communication was clear and effective and she even took the time to receive us and give us the Oyster cards.

The group saw a West End show, had a backstage tour of the National Theatre and enjoyed some time sight-seeing in the capital.

“We organised the tour with very little time. Yet payments were moved to suit our needs and all the information about them was delivered on time. Communication was fluid at all times. The theatre backstage tour was a once in a lifetime experience.”
