Alahree was my first contact with Club Europe when I phoned to enquire and get a quote. Brilliant from the outset and remained to be a contact through the whole process. Sabine was marvellous! Very helpful and always prompt in dealing with queries or returning emails / calls. I like the portal and the notifications that documents have been uploaded. Having used several tour companies over previous years, you proved to be the most efficient. Fantastic organisation and staff! Thank you for all your hard work. It really was a brilliant tour and your organisation in the run up was great.

Ian was brilliant! Was part of the staff team for the week and was always one step ahead of me sorting things out. I’ve been used to having to do it all on tour so was great having someone on hand 24/7. I had a bit more of a relaxing tour! Really took the stress out of the tour.

Club Europe listened to all of our needs and tried to accommodate them in our tour and as a result staff and pupils alike had a great time with many of the pupils saying it was one of the best memories they had of their time at school. The pupils enjoyed performing in the three concerts we gave and had fun in participating in the excursions which were arranged, some of which were brand new experiences for the pupils. Our rep, coach drivers and accomodation staff were all brilliant and ensured that our time away was both comfortable and enjoyable. We all had a great time and found it difficult to say goodbye at the end.”
