We’re delighted to be adding Saxony in Germany to our school music tour portfolio.

Saxony offers wonderful opportunities for a mix of music groups. There are nice bandstands in parks and spa towns as well as churches and cathedrals to perform in.

There’s a great variety to see and do here from the vibrant city of Leipzig with its famous Gewandhaus Orchestra and Mendelssohn-Bartholdy’s house to the baroque beauty of Dresden with its Semper Opera, located along the river of Elbe.

Stay in a refurbished castle, visit the Escape Castle Colditz or see the craft behind traditional musical instrument making in one of the many worshops in an area known as the Musical Valley.
