Our Party Leaders can now access all the information about their school ski trip online thanks to our new Club Europe portal.
If you are a party leader planning a tour with us, you will shortly receive an email with the login details and instructions for using the portal.
All the details of your school ski trip, including maps, programmes and quotations can now be found online in an area individually assigned to each school.
Teachers will be able to update passenger lists, coach, flights, dietary and rooming requirements to their trip at any time as well as get up-to-date information on programme details.
“We hope our new portal will make our service to teachers even better,” said Managing Director Tim Johnson, “it will cut down on the number of emails they have to send and receive and give them a much greater sense of control and knowledge about their tour.”
