We are delighted to include the Ski Juwel area in our programme as we think it offers a great value option for student ski trip groups on a budget.
Ski Juwel encompasses two previously independent ski areas – Alpbach and Wildschönau – now connected by lifts as well as a very efficient ski bus service, making it one of the Top 10 ski resorts in the Tyrol.
A relatively tranquil area, beginners are well served by a variety of blue runs. Then as they gain confidence, they can explore the region which has plenty of intermediate runs providing some interesting and challenging skiing.
Both of our selected houses – the pretty, traditional Koeckenhof with its rustic charm and stunning views or the recently-renovated Hausbergerhof – are ideal for groups looking for sole occupancy and great value for money.
There is no shortage of things to do after your day on the slopes as Innsbruck, with its indoor Olympic centre and ice hockey stadium, is a short coach ride away. Closer to hand, go swimming at Waves in Wörgl, night-skiing in Reith or bowling in Kramsach.
