One of our student ski trip groups from Buckinghamshire had a fantastic week’s skiing in the French ski resort, Les Contamines at Easter.
It was the first ski trip for Graham as a party leader and he gave us some lovely feedback:
“Luke was fantastic, very contactable and other colleagues were available to assist with our many last minute changes. He was very helpful with deadline reminders and support when completing the passenger list.
“I really appreciated the friendly service – both in the UK and in resort – everyone was extremely helpful as it was my first time organising the trip.
“The resort was fantastic for our ability of skiers. We had a large beginner group and the resort was excellent for these students. The ski hire was good, very friendly and happy to change boots and equipment throughout the week. The instructors were fantastic. Very helpful and supportive, extra instructors were on hand to support very low ability [skiers] with special needs.
“Katie [their Club Europe rep] was excellent, really approachable with everyone. She mixed well with the staff and students. Students could easily see where she was and could ask questions for any assistance. She was amazing, really helpful and allowed the trip to be such a success.
“[The drivers] were extremely good, all students and staff got lots of sleep on the coach. They mixed in well with the staff and engaged with the students on an appropriate level.”
