‘An excellent experience from the booking through to the tour itself’

First time ski leader Dan from a school in Shropshire has had a fantastic first school ski trip with us to Wagrain in Austria.

He commented: “Cath is excellent. She knows what we want as a school and worked hard to get us the best option even when we didn’t have enough pupils for our original plan. The whole process of booking and organising was smooth from start to finish. An excellent experience from the booking through to the tour itself, thoroughly enjoyed by pupils and staff alike.”

“The instructors were excellent. All the boys enjoyed themselves and in particular one showed great patience.”

He was also impressed with ski house: “The accommodation was excellent. All the boys loved it and the staff in particular were very pleased with their room. Whenever we ski in Wagrain again I would always book the Markushof. Quality and quantity of food was excellent. All dietary needs were catered for. We were very impressed once again with the standard of dining in the Markushof.

“Without a doubt Fran [their Club Europe rep] contributed massively to the success of the trip. She got on so well with the staff and pupils and was always on top of any organisation that was needed. I would certainly request that she comes with us again next year. Particularly as it was my first time leading the trip, it was great to have someone as experienced and reliable.”
