Communication is impeccable from both Hannah and Sabine. Not only are they prompt and helpful with queries, but they’re really understanding on the difficulties of replying in a similarly timely manner as a busy teacher! Club Europe continues to be an absolute breeze to work with. An incredible experience for pupils and staff alike, organised by the most efficient and professional people you could hope to work with. Thank you all for another superb tour. You honestly all make it so easy to organise and run. It was awesome to have Hannah join us on the tour too, we loved getting to know her and hope she enjoyed our company as much as we enjoyed hers!

Concerts Review

[On an outdoor concert] our hosts were really welcoming, the audience gave us a standing ovation and were very warm in their praise and thanks for our concert. It was a really lovely location and is clearly used to welcoming visiting groups. [ On a concert in a square]  The highlight was our finale piece. The confidence the pupils had gained over the tour really shone through and it was a fantastic finale to our tour. Another lovely intimate venue.

Accommodation Review

It was comfortable and enjoyable to stay in which is similar to all previous accommodation provided by Club Europe, so it matched my expectations. It was close to the town which meant pupils could safely explore.

Rep Review

I can’t say enough about how great Katie was. She was so proactive in sorting issues we had and pre-empting things we needed. We all loved how friendly she was and she was great with the pupils as well. I really felt like we had a manager as she was so helpful in doing everything else for us so we could just focus on getting the pupils ready to perform. She exceeded all previous tour managers we’ve had in this respect; she was just amazing. The tour wouldn’t have been nearly as good without her.

Transport Review

Fantastic – we felt very safe at all times. They were friendly and seemed to enjoy our sense of humour and rapport! A really great company who we’d happily use again.

A stress-free tour that had been carefully and accurately planned – once again Club Europe came up trumps! Why would anyone travel with any other company? Alahree was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to queries. Excellent suggestions from Sabine who really listens to what we would like. I was most impressed with the smooth running of everything and the feeling that this was a personal service for us.

Concerts Review

[on a concert in an abbey}  Big success – we had a standing ovation and performed an encore! They were so enthusiastic about us being there – we felt so welcome. [On performing in a cathedral] Yes, it was a success – again, we did a standing ovation and performed an encore; seeing people there who had come to a previous concert was very flattering.

Accommodation Review

Perfect. A quiet, clean accommodation with good facilities in a quiet town. The staff were AMAZING!

Rep Review

She was absolutely vital. Katie introduced us to each venue and sorted out logistical problems for us (such as performing areas, electricity sockets etc.). She also handed out fliers and introduced each concert for us. A star!

Transport Review

Never had a moment’s concern. They were both excellent drivers and very experienced. They were very concerned about our safety and getting us to places on time. They were extremely accommodating in terms of where we needed to go and pick up times. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped us carry instruments and came to hear us perform. They became good friends and I hope that they work with us again.

“As efficient and helpful as ever – thank you! It really is great working with the same person (Alahree) each time we book a tour as I feel that she knows us, and our needs well. Thank you Club Europe for another fantastic music tour – I would recommend you to any group wanting a stress free and wholly enriching trip! “

“[On a concert in Gruissan] Great concert. Highlights were gushing praise from the members of the public and organisers afterwards. Dancing babies. Snacks and local wines provided for the band after the concert. Members of the public being supportive of the students trying to speak French when introducing the songs. [On a concert in a town square] Well-attended and hugely supportive audience. Other guests at the hostel came to watch, as did the staff. Lively and supportive – requested an encore. Organisers were thoroughly lovely and helpful. Very smooth to set up and pack down. Love the town square as a performance space.”

Accommodation Review

“It was exactly what I’d hoped for. Felt very safe and it was easy to monitor the students. A stunning town. Wasn’t expecting it to be so tranquil and friendly. The markets were fantastic and it was a real highlight seeing the students talking to the stallholders and feeling completely comfortable and safe to do so.”

“It was an absolute pleasure to finally meet Sabine, as she had been so friendly and helpful prior to the tour, on the telephone and via email. During the tour she took care of our every need and showed a real interest in the students. The students and staff really enjoyed having her with us and she gave me huge peace of mind throughout the tour. A wonderful, hard-working, super-efficient lady whose company I thoroughly enjoyed. Any trip leader would be lucky to have her.Thank you Sabine!”

Concerts Review

“[On a concert in a square] The park was an ideal place in a high profile location! The concert was a success. Highlights included audience members clapping/singing along to the ensembles, especially the Swing Band. [On a concert at Disneyland] Excellent. Highlights for students included being backstage at Disney, going through a professional level tech run and performing on the stage. Performing at Disney really is a must for any school group – it builds a sense of magic and having gone through an audition process, it’s a real proud moment for all.”

Accommodation Review

“Accommodation was close enough to everywhere we were going. The rooms were of a very good size and there was lots of open space outside which allowed the students to get fresh air. The accommodation manager who we met was incredibly helpful and was very flexible with arrangements for food.”

“Rosie worked really well with us – she was always confident and positive and really accommodating. It was really clear that Rosie wanted us to be able to maximise our time on the tour and she endeavoured to make this happen. She communicated well with all the necessary organisations/people for us in order to ensure things ran smoothly. She was brilliant with the students – she talked to them and supported them as they required without being ‘in their face’ as such. They all liked her.”

I have to stay that every aspect of our tour with Club Europe has exceeded my expectations and I would very much like to thank you, Tim, Sabine and Katie for such an amazing level of support and high-level of service for our first choir tour. Lucy has been incredible at all aspects of organising our tour and dealing with our requests. She has always gone the extra mile in accommodating us and has always been very professional to deal with. Thanks Lucy for organising such an amazing tour. Sabine has been excellent; again she has been highly communicative and very effective at organising all of our tours, excursions and concerts. An absolutely fabulous choir tour was had by all.

[On an outdoor concert] The audience shouting for an encore was a highlight for the pupils. [On a concert in a town square] The concert was a success. The highlight was some locals coming to chat to the children after the concert.

Accommodation Review

I could not have asked for a better location or accommodation. The staff, the layout, the facilities and the food were outstanding. It exceeded our expectations, but has set a high benchmark! We used all of the facilities - swimming pool. the rehearsal room, the kitchenette, the dinning room and the grounds. It was absolutely fantastic and very suitable for our age group. I would throughly recommend it!

Katie was simply outstanding and perfect in all respects on the tour with the pupils and staff. Her willingness to help at all times, as well as being wholly solutions based made the tour such a success for us. Katie’s contribution was vital to our tour being such as success. She booked the pool for us, she rescheduled collections if we were running late, dealt with the tiniest issues at the hotel and got stuck in with the staff to contribute to anything and everything. Overall Katie was absolute fantastic.

Outstanding, very friendly and always 100% helpful. Rachel and Olly were outstanding all trip. It was clear that their aim was to help us as much as possible, and they went above and beyond. They were so accommodating with last minute itinerary changes and established an excellent rapport with the pupils and adults in the group

Lucy has been amazing – calling her and speaking over things with her made the whole experience really enjoyable. Will definitely use Club Europe again because of Lucy. Sabine was quick and efficient with emails and putting together the programme with our changes. It was my first time leading a music tour, and found the help that Lucy gave with deadlines to be brilliant – I took over mid-way through the organising, and was always kept informed by Lucy and Sabine about deadlines. I very much enjoyed the whole pre-tour experience and thought that everything was well planned and communicated. Planning the whole programme must have been a huge amount of work, and so when I requested adjustments they were always done so swiftly and with no complaint – however, this must have been a huge amount of work for the Club Europe team yet was done so seamlessly and effortlessly – that was very impressive. Almost three weeks after the music tour, the students and parents are still talking about it!

Concerts Review

[On a concert in a square] Lovely space, lovely weather and a lovely crowd. Ten performances ranging from solos, duos, groups and whole group choir. [On a concert in a villa] They created a raised stage for us which was incredible. Allowed us to get some really good photos for parents too. Everyone was buzzing afterwards.

Accommodation Review

Great location for schools. Very suitable for rooms, dining and outside area.  It was lovely accommodation, and made the music tour experience brilliant. The evening meals outside were great. The rehearsal space was great. Staff were very friendly.  Above my expectations – being on the entrance to the main town was perfect – little shops to get things from and a supermarket a few minutes walk away made getting things so easy.

Armelle was the most incredible tour manager. I cannot sing her praises highly enough – simply incredible. She helped with every aspect and made everything so smooth. Above and beyond what was expected. We’ve been on many music tours and every year we have a brilliant tour manger, so my expectations were set incredibly high - and Armelle exceeded them. The tour was the smoothest tour we’ve ever had, and that would be due to how Armelle became part of the team.

Transport Review

Both drivers were brilliant! Friendly to staff and pupils and were fantastic in every aspect. I would 100% request Rachel and Ollie for all future music tours. They really became part of the team.
