Wonderful concerts

Whatever your type of ensemble, you will perform in venues carefully chosen to suit your needs.

We aim for all of your concerts to be well attended by hospitable, friendly patrons who will appreciate the efforts of your ensemble.

Churches, cathedrals, spa halls and bandstands are just some of the venues we use, or you may wish to perform at a local festival, immersing yourself in the local culture.

See yourself appear in local papers and on posters that announce your performances. Take part in attracting your audience by displaying our free concert board and posters.

Promoting your concerts

We work hard to generate excellent attendance at each concert, as we understand that an appreciative audience makes all the difference.

We produce eye-catching posters and handbills, which are displayed and distributed in the environs of your concerts.
We advertise your concerts in on line and hard copy local What’s On Guides as well as newspapers, by way of press releases.
We invite local dignitaries, music societies and music students to your concerts.
We provide you with posters for your concerts, which will be displayed in your coach and placed on your Club Europe poster board at your venue by your Tour Manager before each concert.

Carefully chosen accommodation

We understand that as well as providing performance opportunities for ensembles, music tours are also considered as a holiday for many groups.

All hotels and hostels are suitable for music ensembles with many offering rehearsal space and instrument storage. Rooms are normally twin or single rooms. Generally, rooms are en-suite.

We help to make your accommodation a good base for your tour and work with a variety of hotels with fantastic facilities. Twin or single rooms are normally arranged, however youth hostels with multi-bedded rooms can also be used, depending on your requirements.

Exciting itineraries and a helping hand

Before you set off on your music tour, you will receive a detailed and carefully-planned itinerary, tailored to your group’s preferences and requests. Each day will combine fantastic concerts with excursions and activities, as chosen by you. While you are on tour, your Tour Manager will assist with concert arrangements and publicity and as linguists they are on hand to help with translating.

Travelling by coach

Travelling by coach is the most economical and flexible way to tour. Be collected from your meeting point and arrive at your destination in comfort on air-conditioned, high specification coaches. Enjoy the freedom of your own vehicle whilst on tour and travel in comfort with reclining seats and toilet.

Trailers

If you have many instruments to transport you can, at an affordable cost, take a trailer with you. Upon booking, we ask you provide us with a list of the equipment you wish to take on tour. If we consider the storage space within the coach is insufficient, we will, where possible, arrange a trailer for you (which will incur a supplement) or advise that you take an instrument van. We can also provide one for you at an additional charge.

Travelling by Eurostar

Eurostar is a fantastic way for choirs, or instrumental groups with manageable instruments, to reach Paris or Brussels.

Travelling by air

If you choose to fly, we can arrange your flights from your local airport as well as from London. Once you have arrived at your destination, we can provide transfers to your accommodation and local coach hire throughout your music tour.
