I want to reassure you that everyone at Club Europe is still here to support you in any way we can. As a family-run company, the buck stops with us; if your 2021/22 trip is affected in any way, we will do everything we can to find the outcome that works best for your parents, students and staff.
Our approach for 2021 remains the same as our approach for the 2020 bookings. If the FCDO advice is such that travel to your destination is forbidden in the lead up to your trip, then we will offer you an option to defer or if that is not possible, a full cash refund. I want to stress that in 2020 we offered cash refunds to all our clients, where required. We did not issue credit refund notes, as they are neither helpful nor reassuring to our clients.
In the meantime we have introduced our Club Europe Individual Covid Promise. This is our commitment to working with all our schools on an individual basis -whether new or existing clients - to offer you the best possible service. The flexibility that comes with our Promise will ensure we achieve the most positive outcome for your trip.
