Once a popular destination for British holiday-makers, discerning travellers are once again discovering the delights of this outstandingly beautiful country. Croatia is, nevertheless, still fairly undiscovered territory for touring music group and therefore a perfect choice for our more adventurous groups who have ‘done it all’. We offer two contrasting regions of northern Croatia; the coast of Istria, encompassing mediaeval Rovinj, roman Pula and lively Rabac; and the Kvarner Riviera, where the seaside resorts of Opatija and Lovran reflect the Austro-Hungarian influences in their elegant villas and gardens.
Most venues are suitable for ensembles that enjoy performing outside. There are many picturesque village and town squares that host concerts throughout the summer season. These attract tourists and locals alike and provide a great performing platform for young groups. In some coastal resorts, such as Opatija , hotels also put on regular concerts for their guests and passers by and our groups very much enjoy performing as part of these events.
Day 1
Afternoon arrival in resort. Remainder of day at leisure.

Day 3

Day 5

We offer good quality 2 and 3 star hotels in both regions, depending on your needs and budget.
Once your tour is booked, it is safely in our hands. We will only ask for you assistance in understanding your concert requirements and you will be responsible for ensuring that the dates on our checklist are adhered to. Until your departure, you simply need to prepare your musicians musically and compile the tour repertoire.
We understand that when you go on a music tour where you stay is really important. All hotels and hostels we use are suitable for music ensembles with many offering rehearsal space and instrument storage. Rooms generally en-suite.
The most pleasant times of year to come to Europe are May to September, therefore you may wish to consider this when planning your tour. Summer temperatures across Europe range from 18-35 degrees Celsius. European cities in winter can also offer many interesting cultural experiences that you may enjoy.
