Group leaders must take reasonable care for their own safety. Areas surrounding holiday accommodation, which do not form part of the package sold by us, are not subject to detailed safety inspections. Club Europe is pleased to offer as much assistance and reassurance as possible in the planning of your music tour. We have produced a Safety Management System that takes all reasonable steps to ensure that every controllable aspect of your trip is planned.

Included in the document are details on:

• Our external verification by suitably qualified independent Health & Safety professionals
• Training and competence of Club Europe personnel
• Accommodation checks incorporating fire, safety and hygiene
• Transport checks for safety on coach tours
• Accident and emergency procedures
• Excursions and itinerary planning
