Whether choral or instrumental, sacred or secular. Just 4 hours from Calais, the city is easily accessible and has such a range of sightseeing possibilities that you will have difficulty trying to fit all your visits in! The classic sights, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame never lose their appeal, while the more modern ones, such as the Louvre’s glass pyramid and the Grande Arche at La Defense are well worth a visit.
View mapFrom the mighty Madeleine to the smaller, lesser known places of worship, and from the high profile bandstands in Paris’ popular parks and gardens to suburban schools. We also work with several old peoples’ homes in and around Paris, where a warm welcome is always guaranteed.
Choirs willing to perform at Mass have the opportunity to do so at St Sulpice while concerts can take place in the churches of St Hippolyte, St Roch and the Lutheran Church of St Marcel. Recently completely renovated to a very high standard, this hotel offers excellent facilities for groups and is a perfect base for day trips into central Paris and to the Disneyland Resort. Schools have the exclusive use of their own area for dining and evening activities and students can make use of the pool table and games room. All rooms have private bathrooms with 2-4 students per room.
The Bois du Lys, with its secluded setting in the edge of Fontainbleau forest, is a fine base to return to after a busy day’s sightseeing and performing in central Paris. Unwind by the outdoor pool or enjoy a game of tennis or football at the adjacent sports centre. Your friendly hosts will also be delighted to organise a disco or evening event for you should you wish.
We understand that school music tours are considered as a reward or holiday for many groups and that where you stay is really important. All hotels and hostels we use are suitable for young music ensembles with many offering rehearsal space and instrument storage. Rooms are normally multi-bedded for students and twins, sometimes singles, for adults. Generally, rooms are en-suite.
We have developed an easy to use tour management portal - My Club Europe - just for our customers. With our portal you can manage all the promotion, payments, scheduling, passenger lists and much more with a click of a button. Click here to find out more.
The most pleasant times of year to come to Europe are May to September, therefore you may wish to consider this when planning your tour. Summer temperatures across Europe range from 18-35 degrees Celsius. European cities in winter can also offer many interesting cultural experiences that you may enjoy.
