Lake Garda is encased by dramatic mountains to the north, where the waters run deepest and opening up to lower, rolling land to the south. The popular Gardaland Theme Park is one of the most popular in Europe and mountain top villages and towns play host to fantastic concerts that are held in the late evening. Lake Garda itself can be experienced not only through its beauty but also by river cruise and even swimming at one of the beaches. With Verona and Venice within easy reach not to mention the Dolomites this region is a must for anyone hoping to sample true Italian culture with atmospheric concerts and excellent food among the many the highlights.

We work hard to generate excellent attendance at each concert, as we understand that an appreciative audience makes all the difference. We produce eye-catching posters and handbills, which are displayed and distributed in the environs of your concerts. We also advertise your concerts in online and hard copy local What’s On Guides as well as newspapers, by way of press releases. In addition, we invite local dignitaries, music societies and music students to your concerts. Last but not least, we provide you with posters for your concerts, which will be displayed in your coach and placed on your Club Europe poster board at your venue by your tour manager before each concert.
We have drawn up a comprehensive step-by-step Guide to planning a school music tour for first time tourers. This covers all aspects of tour planning from budgeting and fundraising, to choosing the right destination, accommodation and performing venues for your ensemble. Click here to read our Guide.
We can send you mini-brochures to hand out at your rehearsals and a PowerPoint presentation for assemblies and parent’s meetings you may wish to hold. We also have a promotional poster to put up around your school, which you can download here. This will make it easier for you to get your students excited about your plans.
