A choral society from the UK had a fabulous choir tour to Venice last month.

When they weren't performing, they had time to explore this wonderful city.

"We sang in a lovely church and we all felt privileged to sing in such glorious surroundings. One of the highlights of our other church concert, was getting a lovely letter when we got back from a couple who were passing and heard us and came in. It was a wonderful little church to sing in. I think this was the first tour we have done where everything was in place when we arrived at the venues."

"Lido was very good. It was easy to get to the mainland and there were buses that ran past the hotel. It was also nice and quiet. The location was great. Even better than I thought it would be.

"Josh, our our manager, was fantastic, very professional. He came and helped set up and then translated Robin's introductions to the music and announced them in Italian. He really helped make it a success by his attention to detail."
