The United World Games (UWG) is held every June in Klagenfurt, Austria. It is Europe’s biggest multi sport event for young athletes and attracts around 12,000 participants from 40 nations each year! This event is supported by UNESCO and is a once in a lifetime opportunity to give your sports tour teams the chance to experience competing in an Olympic-like setting. The games are based around the Wörthersee Stadium and currently offers 16 different sports, everything from rugby to ultimate frisbee to tennis, as well as many other activities to make this a truly unforgettable experience.

Day 1
Morning departure from school and arrive in Klagenfurt early afternoon. Check in at Players Town before the Oktoberfest evening with typical Austrian food, music and dances followed by UWG Live shows & karaoke.
Day 2
Today is the first day of competition so gather your team and head down to your first event. This evening, bring your flags and your face paint down to the Wörthersee Stadium and enjoy the entertainment at the grand Opening Ceremony.
Day 3
Play more sport today in the second day of competition and spend your free time chilling in the Players town. Tonight is the Players Party for the competitors to dance the night away whilst the coaches/supporters can enjoy the Gala dinner.
Day 4
The final matches of the games will be played today followed by the awards ceremonies at the Medal Plaza. Celebrate your final evening at the Farewell BBQ at the beautiful Lake Wörthersee.
Day 5
Morning departure to travel home.
Various options dependent on budget and preference. Choose from camping, youth hostel or 3/4* hotels.
