In one word: outstanding!

A school from Flintshire in Wales had a fantastic Easter ski trip to Orcières in France. Here their party leader Anwyn tells us why.

"Thank you to you everyone at Club Europe. It's such a great company, and you went above and beyond to ensure our students had the best time possible. I was impressed with all aspects of our pre-tour communication: attention to detail, speed of responses, ability to sort any issues quickly and the fact that you were accessable to talk to.

Providing us all with tea on our way down due to the Dover hassle was above and beyond, and shows the care and attention you have in your tours and to the students. It was great that I could ring you - whether it was Tim, Alison or Cath - anytime.

The ski hire in resort was very good and the location of the accommodation was spot on. We enjoyed the swimming, ice skating and survival. Matt, our rep, was outstanding in all aspects; he was efficient, super helpful, had a fantastic rapport with the students, and worked very well with us. He was instantly part of the team. A very special person!, he was everything we needed and more. He made the trip very enjoyable; he is a credit to the company and I can't speak highly enough about him. We had used the coach company before, so knew what to expect; they were fantastic in all aspects, especially during the diffecult time at Dover They were outstanding throughout!

I’m looking forward to working with you again, and hopefully have our rep, Matt back with us on the next trip.

"Our rep Maria was fantastic throughout. A real part of the team supporting students and staff. She was fantastic with the students, encouraging them to challenge themselves and push themselves throughout their skiing. Maria became part of our team very quickly and was able to work with us and socialise with our team throughout the whole trip. She helped make the tour extremely successful."
