Club Europe provided a life changing trip for myself and my students. Hannah (our account manager) went above and beyond for us. She stayed late the day before we left for tour and managed to handle a last minute cancellation with ease and grace. I hope to work with her in the future. She puts up with a lot of my manic questions and answers them very clearly.
