Great team, great tour, great facilities and fantastic organisation. Nice that someone comes out to talk to parents. No problems with the final tour information.  We use it to create a parent pack that goes out.

Accommodation Review

Great hotel, all the facilities were nice.  The systems and processes were good. Location was good. Steffi was wonderful and the kitchen staff were very helpful also. There was plenty of food and a good variety for everyone.  All well labelled.

Perfection. Wonderful, helpful, kind, fun, accommodating, engaging and part of the team. The coach was spotless. Lovely and shiny and new with everything you could need. This is my 3rd tour with this coach company and they are the most professional company and delightful group. Rachel and Ollie were great company and so helpful. They got to know the kids and were brilliant with them and nothing was too much trouble.  If I could I’d travel with them every year.

As always, Cath’s Pre-Tour Information Evening was a great success. The final pack is very user friendly and comprehensive. All the necessary information is easy to find and clearly displayed. The quality of accommodation, equipment, ski instructors and evening entertainment was excellent and superb value for money. Outstanding customer service as always. As always, our tour experience with Club Europe was first class and they exceeded our expectations, as they do year on year!

As always, the accommodation was first class. Perfect for our needs. Staff were extremely helpful. The food provided was excellent as always. Any students/staff with dietary requirements are always well catered for.

Outstanding service. Georg had an excellent manner with the students and stall alike. His appearance and attitude were first class all week. He went above and beyond our expectations. Georg’s contribution throughout the tour was excellent and made the job of running the trip very easy.

Fantastic, the experience the students and staff had was outstanding, lots of unseen work done behind the scenes makes the trip run smoothly. We have since had lots of praise from parents. Luke was fantastic throughout whole organisation of the trip from day one. Gives very clear and detailed information of the trip, including times, dates of activities and and contacts for the coach drivers and the hotel owners. Alison had excellent communication with regards to the evening entertainment, particularly when there was a change to the events programme. She was able to highlight an issue with the logistics and offer a fantastic alternative. The online portal is an excellent tool for me and the parents information evening was excellent for parents and staff to ask any questions. Also, Luke made a various visits to school at the start of the whole process. It was great to talk face to face.

Après-ski Review

The students loved the ice hockey evening; they were all given a free drinks token and enough seats provided to accommodate our large group in one area. It was also nice for Tim Johnson to find us, drop in and ask how our tour is going. I think the mix of the cultural and enjoyment activities was fantastic. Initially students find the Tyrolean evening awkward and funny, but the group delivering the evening were great at getting the group active and involved. The cultural experience is a major part of our trip. Experiencing different foods, cultures and attitudes broadening the students’ views and ideas about different countries.

Accommodation Review

The accommodation was fantastic, lots of room for the students, rooms were excellent, with lots of space provided. The staff were fantastic, we had a large party and the hotel was very accommodating for all. They were able to support us and answer any questions we had. We used all the facilities; they had a games room for staff and students and a snug room for staff. This was great as it gave staff not on duty time to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Transport Review

Excellent - students reacted to the drivers as if they were members of staff at the school. When they ate with us, they were fantastic, having fun, commenting on and praising student behaviour. They became a part of the group very quickly. We’ve had this coach company previously and the professionalism of the drivers and coach itself were fantastic.

Luke [their account manager] was extremely helpful with our last minute booking to go skiing in Austria. We are interested in going with your company again, due to his support in making the trip happen. I found it really helpful having all our information put on the portal and I could go on here at anytime to use this. Skiing Review

After several years of going on ski trips and organising them, these ski instructors were some of the best we’ve had teach our students. The students thoroughly appreciated their time spent teaching them. Great English spoken by all the instructors and they challenged all the groups. All the instructors provided were superb, also on one day two students who were beginners needed more instruction, so the ski school provided another ski instructor for one day, which was really helpful. We hope in the future we will get instructors similar to these ones, all 4 instructors we had through the week were excellent. On the final day the instructors came along to the hotel and presented the students with their medals and certificates, which was really nice of them.

Overall we were really impressed with the evening activities and found them thoroughly enjoyable. They were some of the best activities options we have had offered in a resort for students.

Accommodation Review

I thought the hotel had a lot of things for the students to do in there spare time after skiing. Great hotel for the students, lots of things to do in the hotel to keep them amused between coming off the slopes and bedtime. The sports hall was used every evening, the games room and chill out room all the students appreciated these areas. It was good that it was near a supermarket and a short bus journey into the town. The staff in the hotel were very pleasant and accommodating with all our needs for the trip.

I was impressed with [Club Europe’s] clear communication and personal contact. The schedule and details were all clear and I appreciated the additional email from Alison highlighting key dates. It was my first time organising a ski trip and I always knew what was happening.

I was most impressed with Club Europe’s general helpfulness in holding my hand through what was the first tour I have run. Luke was easy to get hold of via email or phone I was expecting to need a lot of paperwork for a 84-person trip but in reality there was very little I needed to have to hand. Luke was reassuring in that we had both covered all bases. A great holiday. Thanks Club Europe.

The ski hire was very quick. Really pleased that they let us fit Friday night so no time wasted hitting the slopes Saturday. Students progressed quickly and was very impressed with awards ceremony at end of week. First time in a while instructors have come on an evening and done so. They even stuck around for some of our awards too which was nice.

I could not speak highly enough of the work Oli puts in day and night, both visible and behind the scenes. A great rep, and a great bloke. Students genuinely felt like he was just another member of staff which is the highest praise they could give him.

Fantastic buddy up system with other schools which allows small parties to still enjoy the skiing experience. [About the ski hire] Fantastic, students and staff were able to change equipment throughout the week. Excellent location close to the ski resort. Was walking distance to the nursery slopes. [About the ski school] Instruction was very good and student progressed well within the week. Instructors were very friendly and approachable. Victor was excellent. Fantastic, extensive skiing and a good range of different slope types. Access to and around the resort is so easy and clear to navigate. Love it, it must be one of your best. Food great, facilities good, owners very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any group.

Matt was an absolute legend.  He went so far above and beyond with every request.  He was like a tour manager and trip leader all rolled into one.  He did more than would have been expected of him, he preempted questions, he spoke with the students and acted as an additional member of staff and joined in everything with us.  He, like the bus drivers, made it an amazing trip for me as trip leader and all the students. A huge key part in making the trip a success.

Emails were replied to promptly. We were most mpressed with Catherine coming to school for the parents meeting. This was an amazing trip. 38 beginner skiiers made fabulous progress and had brilliant fun, 4 advanced skiiers had plenty of experience of red and black runs. Thank you Club Europe.

Very positive – Cath was really responsive and helpful with my (many!) queries. She took time to speak on the phone and go through details with me at several points. She was communicative throughout the process and really approachable and helpful. Great customer service and communication, very clear and detailed itinerary in the final pack. Club Europe helped to create a very successful and enjoyable trip for our staff and pupils, which ran smoothly and effectively.

Accommodation Review

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. It was great to be in a resort with nursery / beginner slopes high up the mountain so they had good snow. The size of the rooms was perfect for our pupils – rooms of 4 really helped keep them organised and get them to sleep. We used the dining room, seminar room for a movie night, boot room, lounge area and some teachers used the gym and the bar. For the vast majority, the food was excellent. The children loved breakfast and there was something on offer for everybody, including lactose and dairy free options. It was great to have cereals, hot food and fruit and we felt this really set them up for their day of skiing. The dinner buffets were also ideal for most, and there was plenty for the children to enjoy.

Max was approachable and had a good sense of humour. He offered some helpful advice to teachers on the local area and good places to ski. He was good at running through the itinerary and giving helpful reminders. He was great when liasing with the lunch restaurant to ensure they were ready and set up for us and had accommodated for all dietary requirements. Max helped to ensure the programme ran smoothly.

Pupils were well looked after on the flight and that all went smoothly.
