Avalanche awareness for school ski trip leaders

A lecture series on avalanche awareness will take place at different locations around the country this November.

Ideal for all ski leaders on school ski trips, the lectures will be run by The North Face, in conjunction with the Ski Club and Snow+Rock. They will be delivered by Ian Sherrington, Chief Instructor at Glenmore Lodge, Scotland’s National Outdoor Training Centre, and will take ski leaders through all the risks when skiing off piste, increasing their safety on snow and backcountry.
