Thumbs up for Easter school ski trip

A school group from Hertfordshire has had a great week’s skiing in Austria at Easter.

Their party leader said: “Thanks for all your help… you even arranged perfect weather conditions! The staff and kids all loved it.” He added: “Outstanding quality ski trips. Pupils and staff were gutted to leave and asking about next year already!”

The group stayed at one of our favourite ski houses, the Markushof in the popular resort of Wagrain.

Wagrain offers three entry points to the mountains depending on your ability and the Flying Mozart and Graffenburg Lifts offer great access to the superb beginners’ slopes as well as the upper slopes.

The Riepler family have created a wonderful house for skiers looking for some authentic Austrian hospitality. Only about 1km from the centre of Wagrain and offering doorstep skiing, the Markushof has a sauna and solarium for leaders and extensive in-house facilities for students, including a 30m x 20m sports hall.
