Charity triathlon raises nearly £200k

The charity fundraising triathlon Tri4Duchenne – which we’re delighted to be sponsoring this summer – has already raised nearly £200k. The money raised will fund the research needed to find a cure for the genetic muscle wasting disorder Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

One of the charity’s fundraising events was a Rugby Union World Cup dinner hosted by Vernon Kay and featured many of England’s star players as well manager Stuart Lancaster.

Tri4Duchenne which will take place this Sunday, is being organised by the parents of four year old Jamie Latham, who suffers with the condition. Jamie attends Thomas London Day School, whose February half term school ski trip to Radstadt in Austria next year we will be organising.
