We really care about the success of all our school ski trips and we’re delighted to hear this is appreciated by our ski leaders.
Just back from a ski trip to Zell am See in Austria, Ian a party leader from one of our schools in North Yorkshire commented:
“Luke supported us at all times and showed great flexibility as our tour evolved. It felt like everyone cared for our trip to run well and didn’t simply fob me off.
“We always feel genuinely cared for at Club Europe and have got to know the team extremely well. You really feel as though their main concern is the success of our trip – on every level.”
He continued: “Zell am See was a lovely resort for beginners and intermediates. The ski hire was excellent – they were more than happy to adjust skis and exchange boots.”
“The kids loved the ice hockey match as per usual. It was the first time I had booked the Tyrolean evening and it was a stroke of genius. The three entertainers were fantastic and had everyone of our 80 strong party up and dancing. Loved it!”
Speaking of his ski house he said: “The accommodation was outstanding. Food and rooming were on a par with other guest houses we have used, but the facilities were above and beyond expectations. It was only a short walk to the main ski area. Zell am See is a lovely town, we managed to explore one evening.”
He was also impressed with his Club Europe rep: “Veronika very much becomes a member of my team and gives up her time regardless of the situation. Nothing was ever too much for her. She is essential. She makes things run very smoothly and pre-empts many questions I may have had, providing solutions to all manner of situations.”
