A wealth of sites to explore
The stunning cityscape of Prague with its medieval architecture offers an amazing array of opportunities for Design and Technology students.
Tours of some of the leading manufacturers in the world, including Skoda and the Crystal Bohemia, provide eye-opening experiences for students. Prague’s Žižkov Television Tower offers a unique example of high-tech architecture, its design is iconic but controversial.
Sample itinerary
If you are a different ensemble type, please ask us for a sample itinerary.
Day 1
Arrive in Prague. Afternoon guided walking tour of the city and a visit to the Žižkov Television Tower. Dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 2
Enjoy a guided tour at Crystal Bohemia. In the afternoon visit Škoda’s headquarters in Mladá Boleslav. An evening of bowling, or perhaps volleyball, followed by dinner in a local restaurant.
Day 3
Enjoy a morning spent at the Prison Island Escape Room. After lunch visit the National Technical Museum for a guided tour. Dinner at a traditional restaurant, followed by a visit to a Billiard Club!
Day 4
Time for final exploration and souvenir shopping before your flight home.

A transmitter tower built between 1985-1992, designed by the architect Václav Aulický and the structural engineer Jiří Kozák. The platform at the top offers spectacular views.
Crystal Bohemia ranks among leading world producers of lead crystal and it is unambiguously the major producer in the Czech Republic.
An institution dedicated to preserving information and artefacts related to the history of technology in the Czech Republic.

We offer you all the advice and support you require - every step of the way. Rest assured; we organise everything.
Yes, there are many advantages to this. One is that greater numbers sign up which means a lower tour price per student. Another is that a diverse (two-subject) itinerary can broaden the horizons of both ‘groups’ though, of course, we can create separate agendas for each if preferred.
