Overall Review
Tim was of invaluable support, and patiently steered me through the process of running my first trip from the UAE. He was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful, always prompt to respond to questions from me or to parental queries. I am hugely appreciative of all the attention and support that Tim provided. I was highly impressed with every aspect of the pre-tour experience; the portal was easy to navigate, the communication with Club Europe excellent and the professionalism outstanding. Excellent attention to detail from an extremely professional tour company. For a first experience, this was first rate!

Accommodation Review
It was an excellent facillity that is ideal for groups of students. They have a very good set-up/system in place and it was a great space to come home to at the end of a day out in Paris.

Overall Review
Tim was very helpful from the beginning. He was always available via Zoom or email. Eleanor worked out the itinerary well, the contact with her was good, again always being available via email and a few times on Zoom
Education Review
As well as the obvious French lessons, we are an IB school so we teach students to be open-minded and inquire into culture so that museum, history, art visits were also very beneficial and will feed into their curriculum. We enjoyed the street art tour because Mr Byste was very nice and young for the students to relate to. They enjoyed the boat cruise as a final activity because it was good to see the sights for one last time. Students enjoyed the Atelier des Lumieres because it made the art we had seen come to life.
Accommodation Review
I think that the accommodation was very suitable for the students, they were excited to share rooms. There was free drinking water so that we could fill up our bottles everyday which was a time and money saver. The location was great, in a quiet area and within the zones 1-3 of the Paris metro. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the nearest two metro stations and there was a supermarket nearby if needed. It was also good that it was less than an hour via coach from CDG airport as it was fairly central/on the eastern side of Paris.
Rep Review
We got on very well with Armelle. It helped obviously with her linguistic ability but she was friendly but fair with all the staff. She led the group to various locations and each time spoke to different groups or single students. They seemed to all have fun together and get on well which was nice. She was trusted by the group. She took away the stress from me as the school trip leader. She led the group at the front and always directed us to the right place. We met every evening to discuss the next day and shared the metro travel directions in our group. I think she was essential, if I had had to do all of that by myself as well as all the concerns for the students it would have been impossible!
Transport Review
As ever, Emirates were very good.
