From our first meeting onwards, Alahree has been absolutely superb, answering questions quickly and effectively and generally making life so much easier. Her advice and specific knowledge and understanding has been most welcome. Similarly, Alberto has been excellent – so helpful and efficient – sorting out numerous tweaks and changes and offering really helpful advice. Cannot praise him enough! An amazing tour made so much easier with the help of the staff at Club Europe. A huge thank you to everyone for helping to make the tour such a success. Worth every penny!
[On performing in a festival] It was wonderful to perform in such a beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the audience was very appreciative. Nice relaxed atmosphere. [On a concert in a villa] Our favourite venue of the tour. The acoustic gave the girls so much confidence. Warm and appreciative audience. Very welcoming and we were asked to do an encore! Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!
Accommodation was excellent. Clean, with spectacular views of the lake. Food was excellent and they looked after the staff so well. Very friendly and accommodating.
Joshua was excellent! He was so helpful and organised this so brilliantly. Really lovely chap who was determined to do the best he could for us. From making up quizzes to occupy the girls on long coach journeys to teaching them Italian, he really helped make the tour a success.
Fabulous! We’d love to use Graham and Dean again! The coach drivers really helped to make the trip the success it was. They were sooo helpful – nothing was too much trouble. Lovely chaps.

We have always been really impressed with Alahree’s support through the process of booking our music tours. It was lovely to meet Alberto whilst we were in Italy – allowing us to put a face to a name. I was most impressed with the ease of contact and dealing with the same people. This was the most special tour we have done to date – I think the beautiful location made it perfect and the huge variety of activities for students meant they had a wonderful trip.
There was a good balance of leisure/relaxation time at the lake, fun at the theme part, and cultural sightseeing opportunities – this was one of the best parts of our trip.
Nago was a beautiful, quiet village, and the perfect destination for our group. Students loved swimming in the lake and staff were able to be on hand to supervise from the café on the beach as well as the reassurance of the life guarded beach. The location was good in that the hotel was on a quiet road, which meant that it was safe for students. The coach was able to pick us up from very nearby.
Elena worked very well with our staff and coach drivers, anything we needed help with she would do straightaway immediately, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent – the best coach drivers we have ever had, they were supportive and fitted in very well with our team and students. Our drivers clearly had years of experience which really made a difference in the success of our tour – they were flexible with timings where necessary and never pushed or rushed us. They were very supportive of the students – in particular our disabled passenger. Drivers were also very anxious to make sure instruments were all well packed so as to ensure no damage during transit.

Alahree and Alberto were excellent as always. All queries were handled with promptly and all (CE) staff work hard to ensure the tour fits the requirements of the group.
[On a concert in a piazza] The stage was an excellent size and lots of chairs had been set up ready for the concert. Excellent lighting as we performed into darkness.
Excellent destination. It was nice to have the small pool for pupils to cool off in. Simple walk into centre of town. The owner, Luca, was excellent.
Consistently excellent. Very happy overall. The drivers were superb and helped make the tour a great success. Highly recommended.

Since I started using Club Europe for our concert tours in 2010, Hannah has been my main and first point of contact. She has never put a foot wrong. Honest, focused, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable….I could go on! A real asset to the team. This was my first tour dealing with Alberto and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make this tour truly one to be remembered not just be Kate and myself but by all 83 adults who participated in the tour. Whatever information I required, Alberto provided in a full, accurate and timely manner. The icing on the cake was to find him at outside our first concert venue handing out flyers as we arrived in Malcesine on Lake Garda – amazing. Thank you. It’s such a stunning location, fabulous team, amazing venues, fantastic hotel – really really impressed. As always, the attention to detail, the knowledgeable and personable staff of CE made this tour a life memory for many of our tour party. Each time we increase our size, we have new members coming our tour – none of whom want to be left off the next tour. We had people literally having dreams and waking up saying that they had dreamt that the next tour would be…Mexico, New York and Cuba! Thank you for all the hard work of Hannah and Alberto. You have really made this tour a truly memorable experience for so many people. You should be justifiably proud in what you do – you are amazing.

The hotel was nothing short of perfect. Surpassed expectations as they had carried out some room/en-suite improvements since our pre-tour visit 12 months prior so the rooms and décor were fresh and impressive. I should make special mention to Andrea (Restaurant Manager) who was absolutely first class. He made our stay at this hotel very special.
Friendly, helpful, courteous at all times. Always completely safe, in control, smooth and a very pleasant experience. Antonio was a great part of our tour and consistently went out of his way for us and joined us at all of the concerts that he was able to.

[On a bandstand concert] A great contrast that required the girls to draw on skills they hadn’t necessarily used before e.g. listening and ensemble skills. Beautiful surroundings with a great view of the lake. [On a courtyard concert] A fantastic acoustic. An outdoor venue that contains the sound so well due to the high courtyard walls. I would strongly recommend this venue to future groups and would definitely return again in the future. 10/10.”

“[On the Piazza concert] It was packed! It was great for the band, a captive audience and a great outdoor venue. It was perfect.
[On the cathedral concert] The cathedral was packed for the Mass and most stayed for the concert at the end. They loved us and we really loved them! The two priests were fantastic.
[On the concert in St. Mark’s Basilica] It was the most wonderful experience for a group of kids from Accrington, a very deprived area of East Lancashire, to sing there. Two pupils were moved to tears by the experience and they will never forget it! This was the high point of the tour - so many people (of all nationalities) came up at the end to speak to them and congratulate them.”
