Overall Review

Our account manager Rob was always quick to respond, attentive and open. He took my idea and made it come true. Isabel, our Operations Manager was super helpful, answering emails at all times. Her communication was clear and effective and she even took the time to receive us and give us the Oyster cards. We organised the tour with very little time. Yet payments were moved to suit our needs and all the info about them was delivered on time. Communication was fluid at all times, I felt supported by the staff at all times. We would definitely travel with Club Europe again: It was a great experience, I felt understood and supported by the staff. Everything I asked for was delivered.

Visits Review

Everything was done on time. The theatre backstage tour is a once in a lifetime experience.

Accommodation Review

It was suitable for teen groups. Clean and organised. The rest of the guests were respectful and silence at night was respected. The location is accessible. It is far from the city center but the tube is near.

[On travelling on the Eurostar] Everything was fine, the train is a great option to travel.

“It was great! Most of our students would have wanted more days! Everything was perfectly organized. The hostel was great for teens. They have a code to open the door, so I could make sure they would not attempt a midnight-snack-escape! The place was good for one or two nights with teens. Breakfast was good too. The play we saw was really nice, you must know it is hard to bring 19 teens to a Shaw play but they pretty much behaved. The backstage tour was AMAZING, super interesting, by far, their favourite part of the trip. We went to Covent Garden to have lunch and walked and walked around the city. We walked 15 kilometres or so, by the time we got to the train we were exhausted!!! All in all, it was a great experience. Thanks for organising it.”
