At Club Europe, we firmly believe that safety and enjoyment go hand in hand when planning a tour. That's why, when you book a trip with us, it's a requirement that you secure appropriate and valid specialist group travel insurance for the entire duration of your journey.
In our commitment to your safety, Club Europe has joined forces with Endsleigh Insurance to craft a tailor-made group travel insurance policy that shields you against an array of unexpected risks.
The group policy has been established to benefit those embarking on a trip (the beneficiary/beneficiaries) with Club Europe (the group policyholder).
Before finalising your booking, it is imperative that you thoroughly review the insurance policy to understand the extent of the coverage it offers. We recommend sending insurance details to all trip participants at the time of booking to ensure everyone, including parents or guardians for those under 18, is well-informed about the complete terms of the policy.
If you choose to take out travel insurance with Club Europe, please bear in mind that your policy will become active as soon as we receive deposits for all group members. If this coverage doesn't meet your specific needs, you have the option to opt out of the Endsleigh policy.
Let us know within 14 days of booking if you wish to do so.
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, our friendly team are always happy to answer any of your queries.
Contact usIt is the group leader’s responsibility to ensure all passports and visas are both up to date and valid for entry into the country or countries you will be visiting. For information about passport validity and visa requirements, please check with your country’s relevant governmental office. For the UK, visit www.ukpa.gov.uk
Please note: there is a new passport rule: All non-EU visitors' passports must have been issued within the last ten years. So if you have a British passport that was issued on November 30, 2012, regardless of its expiration date, you will no longer be able to enter the EU with it.
For specific travel advice about the country or countries you are visiting, please visit the relevant government office website where you live. For the UK, visit the Foreign & Commonwealth Office site www.fco.gov.uk
Covid Document v4Under Britain’s new agreement with the EU, UK residents can continue to access emergency care in the EU, using the new GHIC, which will gradually replace existing European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC).
EHIC and GHIC cards offer equivalent protection and you only need to apply for a GHIC when your EHIC expires.
You can find everything you need to know about EHIC here.
The GHIC is free and you can apply for one here

It was brilliant and everything I expected from a tour and more. Jonathan was brilliant. He was always patient with me and nothing seemed to phase him. Sabine was just wonderful, always willing to listen to what I suggested we wanted from the tour. She has endless patience. Playing at the Last Post was so moving, we felt very privileged to be able to perform at such a moving ceremony.

Lovely venues, lovely audiences, comfortable accommodation. Alahree was very prompt and efficient with her responses and understood our needs well.
