“It was brilliant and everything I expected from a tour and more. Jonathan was brilliant. He was always patient with me and nothing seemed to...”
Cath Danswan, Swindon Choral Society, Wiltshire
Oxford, with its peaceful meadows, is a historic and bustling city that is easy to explore and a wonderful base for a choir tour. The centuries-old colleges lie mainly in the heart of Oxford and groups can step inside the atmospheric courtyards and gardens, in the footsteps of past scholars who studied here. Don’t miss out on Evensong at Christ Church Cathedral and punting on the River Isis.
There is a great appetite for a range of musical concerts in this very much lived-in university city, which offers a variety of venues; there are in particular many churches. You will perform to enthusiastic locals and tourists.

A: We work hard to generate excellent attendance at each concert, as we understand that an appreciative audience makes all the difference. We produce eye-catching posters and handbills, which are displayed and distributed in the environs of your concerts. We also advertise your concerts in online and hard copy local What’s On Guides as well as newspapers, by way of press releases. In addition, we invite local dignitaries, music societies and music students to your concerts. Last but not least, we provide you with posters for your concerts, which will be displayed in your coach and placed on your Club Europe poster board at your venue by your tour manager before each concert.
We understand that when you go on a music tour where you stay is really important. All hotels and hostels we use are suitable for music ensembles with many offering rehearsal space and instrument storage. Rooms generally en-suite.
You should book your tour between 8-18 months in advance. This will give us time to find the best possible venues for your tour and you will have ample time for fundraising should you need to do so.
