'A once in a lifetime experience'

A Dubai school have had a wonderful school trip to London.

We’re delighted that Ben, the school’s party leader has given us a glowing report of the experience of both staff and students. He said:

“It was a perfectly planned and skillfully executed programme that ensured that each student had a once in a lifetime experience.

“The hotel was in a perfect location. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and the close proximity to the tube station was good. Isabel (their Tour Manager) was so wonderful in solving all of our issues that we didn’t really have to have much to do with the staff. But when we did, they were quite helpful.”

Speaking further about Isabel, Ben said: “Isabel provided regular and detailed information to us in the lead up to the trip. She was most accommodating and willing to make any changes that were suggested.

“On the trip, she was just brilliant; a fun person to be around, she engaged well with the students and had expert local knowledge. In addition, she was willing to be flexible to ensure the students received maximum benefit from the programme. She was just brilliant. She was a large reason why the trip was so successful.

“Amazing organisation yet always willing to be flexible. (She was] absolutely crucial to the success of the tour.”
