'In one word: it was superb!'

King’s School Al Barsha from Dubai has just returned from a wonderful history school trip to Berlin.

Philip Copeland, the school’s Head of History summed up the experience in one word: “Superb!”

“Both Jonathan and Sabine were great,” he said. “Communication was quick and clear. They were both flexible to our requests and Sabine was able to make some great suggestions. I was impressed with everything!

“There were enormous educational benefits! It gave our pupils real insights into German history. We particularly enjoyed and learnt from the Holocaust Museum and Sachsenhausen.

“The accommodation was spot on; nice and central, with easy access to U- and S- bahn. I give it 5 out of 5, it was exactly what we needed.

“Our tour manager Martin was indispensable. He did all the things we couldn’t - sorted restaurants, translated, etc. The kids loved him. Because we knew Berlin well we didn’t need an expert, we needed a ‘fixer’- Martin did that perfectly.

“Considering the short notice for this trip you guys made it really easy for me!”
