Sandwiched between the stunning Apennine mountains on its western fringes and the beautiful Adriatic coast to the east, Le Marche offers sea, hills and mountains as well as wonderful sunset concerts in some stunning locations. Visit the sheltered harbour of Ancona and the nearby Roman ruin of the Arch of Trajan or the beautiful medieval walled town of Cingoli and its magnificent lake, the largest man-made body of water in Central Italy. And indulge in the mouth-watering choice of Italian dishes thanks to Le Marche’s great culinary tradition.
Perform at sunset in the parks at the Furlo Cave and Park San Bartolo. Or give a concert in one of the piazzas of the many charming medieval towns in the area. We can also arrange concerts in the Basilica in San Marino or in the Cathedral at Ancona. Or you can take part in the famous Jazz by the Sea Festival in Fano.
Day 1
A day walking through La Gola Del Furlo State Natural Reserve, where you can see the most beautiful views of Mount Pietralata and the Gola (cave). End the day end with a concert at sunset in the Piazza della Repubblica in the magnificent Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 2
A day in San Marino. Enjoy a guided tour of the Republic of San Marino, visit the Ferrari Museum in Maranello and the Park Aviation Museum. Afternoon concert in the Basilica of San Marino or in Piazza della Libertà.
Day 3
Spend the morning in the historic coastal city of Ancona. Afternoon concert at Fano as part of the Jazz by The Sea Festival.
Day 4
A morning visit to the characterful medieval centre of Jesi which is enclosed within a complete ‘Cage of Wall’ and features many buildings, convents, churches and narrow pebble stone streets. In the afternoon, visit Ancona, the principal port of Le Marche and home to some of Italy's best seafood and perform in the cathedral or in the Piazza Cavour.
Based in the oldest republic in the world, San Marino, this choir festival will let you explore the amazing history, cuisine and culture of this unique place and its surroundings and the beauty of the Adriatic Sea Coast. Highlights include: A walking tour of the streets and the walls of the medieval town; Friendship concerts in San Marino, on the coast in theatres, concert halls or churches together with 3 or 4 choirs of different nationalities; and a final concert of all participating choirs in one of San Marino’s theatres.
San Marino; Macerata - a lively historical town, famous for its Stagione Lirica and its gallery of contemporary art; Ancona; Cingoli; Jesi; Numana - enjoy time on the beach or in the silent alleys of the old city; and Sirolo – pass through a small forest to reach this medieval town’s small but enchanting beaches.

Stay in a choice of delightful two and three-star hotels in Fano: The hotel Astoria is just 66 meters from the beach as is the Corallo which is also only 300 metres from the town centre. In Mondavio, the Hotel Mondavio is surrounded by the charm of this Middle Age town. In Urbino stay at La Corte Mine, which is set amid rolling green hills and unspoilt countryside, and now has a new pool with a hot tub.
The most pleasant times of year to come to Europe are May to September, therefore you may wish to consider this when planning your tour. Summer temperatures across Europe range from 18-35 degrees Celsius. European cities in winter can also offer many interesting cultural experiences that you may enjoy.

You should book your tour between 8-18 months in advance. This will give us time to find the best possible venues for your tour and you will have ample time for fundraising should you need to do so.
