GB athletes training here brought home 6 medals from the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and 16 medals from the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. England trained here for 2 weeks in 1966 prior to their World Cup victory. It was home of the FA School of Excellence for 15 years. Now Lilleshall is home to GB gymnastics, archery and England Lacrosse.
