Manage all the promotion for your trip from our new portal; create posters to place around the school, a tour website and email campaigns, filtering who you send these to.
Parents can enter information (eg. passport, equipment details, specific dietary or medical requirements) straight onto the portal.
Easily keep track of whether parents have entered all their information and completed payments. If any information is outstanding, send a reminder with a click of a button.
Set deadlines and schedule payment dates from the portal to remind you about payments.
Set your own price per student if required, as long as it’s more than the original price.
