A rich sport and surfing culture
A football tour to Biarritz is great all year round. With mild temperatures throughout the year it makes a great destination to play sport whilst also enjoying the beautiful Basque beaches. Stay in Biarritz itself or neighbouring Anglet or Bayonne to enjoy the rich sport and surfing culture.
Sample itinerary

Day 1
Morning departure from school. Afternoon free time to explore Biarritz town and the beaches.
Day 2
Morning football training session. Afternoon match against local opposition.
Day 3
Morning surf lessons on the Cote de Basque. Afternoon training session.
Day 4
Morning trip to La Cité de l’Océan. Afternoon match against a local club. Evening meal out in Biarritz.
Day 5
Morning departure back to school.

Find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
You will have your own bilingual sports tours rep for the whole of your tour. Their role is to coordinate your training/matches and activities/excursions and to ensure your stay is enjoyable, safe and memorable. All our reps are carefully selected, fully trained and are on duty 24 hours a day should an emergency arise.
We can send you mini-broc hures to hand out at school and a Powerpoint Presentation for assemblies and parents’ meetings you may wish to hold.
You should book your tour between 8-18 months in advance. This will give us time to secure the best possible accommodation, matches and excursion programme for your tour and you will have ample time for fundraising should you need to do so.
