With over 175 km of skiing, going up to heights of over 2,500 metres, The Gastein Valley offers great skiing until well after the Easter holidays.

The Bad Gastein Jugendherberge in the centre of the town is the perfect base for your next school ski trip. From the hostel you can take the lift straight up to the Stubnerkogel. With outstandingly wide runs on the easy and intermediate slopes and some fasntastic steep blacks and long routes for the more able, this resort has something for everybody.

Other resort highlights include a giant slalom course with a Skimovie feature, a snowpark. and of course wonderful spa facilities. While teachers have a relaxing spa evening, students can enjoy the Black Hole rafting slide, Lazy River and the multimedia Dome.
