We have put all our many years of experience and expertise in the travel industry into developing a wonderful new unique tour management system. From the time of our initial estimate and approving our quote, our new portal will allow you to manage all the following:
Manage all the promotion for your trip from our new portal; create posters, a tour website and email campaigns, filtering who you send these to.
Group leaders can enter information (eg. passport, equipment details, specific dietary or medical requirements) straight onto the portal.
Easily keep track of whether members have entered all their information and completed payments. If any information is outstanding, send a reminder with a click of a button.
Set deadlines and schedule payment dates from the portal to remind you about payments.
Set your own price per traveller if required, as long as it’s more than the original price.
