Open to all choirs, adult or youth, the Malta International Choir Competition in October offers a diverse range of cultural and musical experiences.

You can compete for the Grand Prize or just take part in this exciting event. Highlights include the parade through Valetta Old Town - which is accompanied by a local traditional village band to create a lively fiesta atmosphere - the opening Ceremony and Singing for Peace at St John’s Co-Cathedral.

The festival takes place in various locations, ranging from theatres to churches and other public places in Malta and Gozo and this year also features a new composition competition for young composers.
