A choir from Cambridge will enjoy a wonderful music tour to the Latvia in April.
Riga is experiencing a new Renaissance as the capital of Latvia with large-scale restoration of many of its old buildings making it one of the most attractive cities in Europe. It also has one of the largest collections of Jugendstil (German Art Nouveau) architecture in the world. When not performing, there is plenty see in Riga’s picturesque old town district, including the famous Dome Cathedral.
In addition to wonderful concerts in historic churches, our music tour group can visit the “Tarzan” adventure park, which is the largest in the Baltics and see the 13th century Turaida Castle.
