No surcharge guaranteed

No surcharge guaranteed

At Club Europe Concert Tours, we are committed to offering our clients the best value for money.

Since the decision to Brexit we have seen prices increase by around 12 per cent based on a weaker sterling, which has had a knock on effect on oil, utilities and essentially the cost of living. As a company that has NEVER surcharged in our 36 year existence we have no intention of doing so now.

If you receive a quote from us, that price will be guaranteed right up until Christmas 2017 providing we are holding beds.

In addition, your tour price is guaranteed once you confirm your booking and that should give you and parents peace of mind that what you advertised is what you will pay.

We are aware of other tour companies choosing to surcharge their booked clients and we feel this is not an approach that builds trust. Whilst tour prices have increased, we have absorbed over 7 per cent of the currency increase as we want to demonstrate how important it is to remain competitive.

Booking with Club Europe means you will always get the fairest price and can reassure parents that their tour price is fixed, once it is confirmed.

"Lovely venues, lovely audiences, comfortable accommodation. Alahree was very prompt and efficient with her responses and understood our needs well."

Gill Chapman, Cecilia Singers, Berkshire.

"It was brilliant and everything I expected from a tour and more. Jonathan was brilliant. He was always patient with me and nothing seemed to phase him. Sabine was just wonderful, always willing to listen to what I suggested we wanted from the tour. She has endless patience. Playing at the Last Post was so moving, we felt very privileged to be able to perform at such a moving ceremony."

Cath Danswan, Swindon Choral Society, Wiltshire.
