Great venue and easy access, particularly with us having the van, as that could pull up right by the bandstand. We had a decent crowd, given the weather.

Hannah & Sabine kept in constant contact throughout the whole organisation of the trip. Armelle exceeded my expectations as I wasn’t aware that she would be with us for all the trips, tour & excursions. This really took the pressure off myself & our school staff especially as wecouldn’t speak a great deal of French. She got on really well with the pupils and obviously having an education background really helped as she was both professional and personable with the students. A fantastic contribution that helped make the overall trip a success.

Jonathan was a wonderful help with our tour, I very much appreciated his support. This is the second time I have worked with Sabine and she was extremely helpful and knowlegeable. I was very pleased with our pre-tour experience. Club Europe makes organising a tour so easy, I can’t recommend them enough.

[On an outdoor concert] The Square is a venue we have used with club Europe before and is always a favourite with the pupils, both for the views of the Cathedral close by and the many pedestrians whose attention the performances attract. The highlight for our pupils was certainly the large crowds that gathered for their performances.

Accommodation Review

The destination was great, good accommodation that was well located and not far to travel at all; with good facilities that our pupils enjoyed. The food was probably the best catering we have had in recent tours and the pupils very much enjoyed the range, choice and quality of the food.

Chloe was wonderful and got on seamlessly with our tour staff and coach drivers. She got on well with our pupils and had no problems engaging with them. Chloe was a great help as we reviewed and tweaked our itinerary as we went and was instrumental in the success of the tour.

“Club Europe helped us organise a packed tour with four different concerts in three days, including a bandstand near Notre Dame. We spent a day at Disneyland, went on a Seine river cruise and climbed the Eiffel Tower. We even fitted in a karaoke evening in the extra rehearsal space we were provided and were expertly driven around Paris by Parks of Hamilton. A great five-day trip had by all.”

Comfort and safety were excellent. Jim and Terry were extremely friendly, flexible and approachable. I have never experienced such high-quality drivers in my 14 years of running trips. They were always on-hand to help load / unload the vehicle and were so friendly and chatty with both staff and students. They really made our tour! Outstanding coach and staff. As a school party, we cannot rate the drivers and the vehicle highly enough!

Lucy was excellent. Really helpful and efficient from the initial call, talking about all the possibilities to it all becoming reality. Sabine was also excellent. Answered every question and ensured we had a brilliant trip. Was great at sorting out issues with menus etc. I was most impressed with everything coming together and an itinerary that out of necessity was revisited several times before the final version. Totally organised from start to finish. A joy to work with such committed and reliable tour organisers.

Lucy was really helpful, fast responses to emails. Sabine was absolutely fabulous – she went above and beyond, and nothing was too much for her! I was most impressed with the speed of the return of the initial quote. A trip of a lifetime for staff and students; quite genuinely the best school trip I’ve ever led. Thank you to all the staff at Club Europe who helped us with the trip; we will definitely be booking again.

Concerts Review

[On a concert in a retirement home]  The highlight was seeing the planning and rehearsals finally coming to fruition, and hearing the audience enjoy it so much. [On a concert in an ampitheatre]  The accoustics were great. Plenty of space and great lighting. The audience loved it, and the students all played better than the previous day.

The boat cruise was excellent, and everybody loved Disneyland.

Really good location for all the activities we had planned. The performance space was much bigger and more impressive than we expected, which was excellent. Very helpful manager.

Sabine was great at keeping in touch. She answered so many of my questions and was incredibly helpful. As soon as we arrived at the accommodation, she got on the coach and introduced herself to everyone. She got on amazingly well with us and the drivers. She was a fantastic member of the team. Very informative and the kids thought she was great. She did far more than I thought she would, and was fantastic throughout. She absolutely made the trip what it was, and it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as successful without her. She went above and beyond throughout the trip, and I would love to work with her again on future trips. Out of a 1-5 rating I would give her 5+++++++.

Excellent throughout, especially on the congested roads in Paris. They were honestly fantastic; very accommodating and they were really part of the team by the end of the trip. They were clearly very experienced and so helpful throughout. Absolutely brilliant – would definitely work with them again.
