The ultimate Borussia Dortmund football experience
Experience elite European football on a school tour to Dortmund, home of one of the game’s most iconic clubs. The Borussia Dortmund programme offers high-level training at the Evonik academy, where players work with professional BVB coaches to develop technique, decision-making, and team play through intensive coaching sessions. Alongside training, team-building activities foster communication, leadership, and collaboration, while friendly matches provide an authentic competitive experience.
Sample itinerary
Day 1
Morning departure from school and arrive in Dusseldorf in the afternoon and transfer to Dortmund. Free time to explore followed by a welcome talk and dinner at your accommodation.
Day 2
Morning football coaching session at the Evonik Academy. Afternoon football coaching session. Football training analysis with the football trainers.
Day 3
Morning football coaching session. Afternoon guided walking tour of Dortmund. Friendly match against local team and post-match BBQ.
Day 4
Morning football coaching session. Afternoon guided tour of Signal Iduna Park and Borusseum. Evening team building session.
Day 5
Morning football coaching session to prepare for match. Free time before afternoon friendly match against local team. Presentation of participation certificates and trophies at your accommodation.
Day 6
Morning departure back to school.

You should book your tour between 8-18 months in advance. This will give us time to secure the best possible accommodation, matches and excursion programme for your tour and you will have ample time for fundraising should you need to do so.
We have developed an easy to use tour management portal - My Club Europe - just for our customers. With our portal you can manage all the promotion, payments, scheduling, passenger lists and much more with a click of a button. Click here to find out more.
Once your school sports tour is booked, it is safely in our hands. We will only ask for your assistance in understanding your specific requirements and you will be responsible for ensuring that the dates on our checklist are adhered to. During the process, we will also ask you to provide accurate student and teacher names, passport and dietary requirement details where appropriate.
