Allianz Park in north London is the home of Saracens. Our sports tour sees rugby teams delve into match day activities. This ranges from pre-match coaching sessions on Saracens’ training area run by community coaches with the help of academy players, to pre-match festivals, where full tournaments are played on the Allianz Park Stadium 4G pitch. Other engaging activities see teams form the ‘guard of honour’ for players to walk through at the beginning of the game, as well as ‘big shirt shaking’ on the pitch, all in front of crowds of up to 10,000! On non-match days, groups can enjoy coaching sessions on a 4G pitch, use of the official changing rooms and short tours of the stadium.
Superleague netball team Saracen Mavericks are based at the University of Hertfordshire, just north of London. Teams can enjoy matches at the Sports Village and master classes with Saracens Mavericks. Top-level coaches and Saracen Mavericks players will inspire teams, assisting the improvement of skills and develops game knowledge. Saracen Mavericks offer elite player appearance, which means the tour can be followed up by a talk at school to cement everything learnt, or players can present awards.
Both Allianz Park and the University of Hertfordshire are situated just north of central London where time can be spent before or after the tour.
