German Language trip is a hit

A school from Berkshire travelled to the Rhineland for a wonderful German Language trip earlier this month.

“The lessons covered some of the topics we have currently on our Scheme of Work for June,” their teacher Ondrej said, “and the students benefitted from learning German in a different environment with different teachers.”

In addition to their German lessons every morning, the group enjoyed a programme of cultural excursions and visits. This included a cable car ride in Rüdesheimer, a guided tour of Siegfried’s Mechanisches Musikkabinett a river cruise along the Rhine and a guided tour of the wonderful medieval castle Burg Eltz, in the hills above Moselle River.

They also found time to go swimming and spent a day at the theme park, Phantasialand.

“The hotel was as accommodating and helpful as always,” Ondrej added. “and the food was brilliant as it is every year. Dane and Victoria are always very good to work with. Thank you for your great support! All went very well – all the teachers and students really enjoyed the trip.”
