“I have had excellent service as always. We used the sites as sources of historical evidence to aid GCSE performance. All aspects of the trip...”

Our immersive language centre lies in a quiet and beautiful rural area of Sierra de Gredos, just over two hours’ drive to the west of Madrid. Our groups are both accommodated and taught at the language centre itself, with many activities also taking place on site. Groups can also enjoy day trips to Salamanca and Avila and enjoy the challenge of a treasure hunt in both cities!
Day 1
Fly to Madrid and transfer to centre. Enjoy your first evening by undertaking a treasure hunt in the local village.
Day 2
Morning TV programme-making followed by creative project. Afternoon archery followed by team building games. Evening of Flamenco fun.
Day 3
Morning’s shopping at the market followed by a cookery lesson. Afternoon guided nature walk. Evening quiz night.
Day 4
Morning visit to Salamanca, with treasure hunt. Return afternoon to centre for orienteering lesson. Evening card games and mime show.
Day 5
Depart for Madrid for sightseeing and shopping before flight home.
Visit El Prado, the largest museum of art in the world, Bernabeu football stadium and the Royal Palace.
See the Plaza Mayor, 16thcentury Casa de las Conchas and the New and Old Cathedrals lying side by side.
Spain’s former capital; enjoy its winding streets, with its Arab, Jewish and Christian monuments.
Our groups stay at the language centre itself. Students are in large multi-bedded rooms and staff in singles where possible. There are two separate classrooms and a social area where groups can gather. There is a sports field and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
Once your student travel tour is booked, it is safely in our hands. We will only ask for you assistance in understanding your specific requirements and you will be responsible for ensuring that the dates on our checklist are adhered to. During the process, we will also ask you to provide accurate student and teacher name, passport and dietary requirement details where appropriate.
We can send you mini-brochures to hand out at school and a PowerPoint presentation for assemblies and parent’s meetings you may wish to hold. We also have an interactive promotional poster you can put up on walls and noticeboards. This will make it easier for you to get your students excited about your plans.
Yes, there are many advantages to this. One is that greater numbers sign up which means a lower tour price per student. Another is that a diverse (two-subject) itinerary can broaden the horizons of both ‘groups’ though, of course, we can create separate agendas for each if preferred.
