'A reassuring presence and always on hand to help'

Our ski reps really are the best in the business and we love to hear you think so too.

One of our schools from Surrey has just come back from a student ski trip to Sportwelt Amadé in Austria and Peter their party leader had this to say about their Club Europe rep, Maria:

“Maria was excellent with the students and struck the right balance with them, being a reassuring presence and always on hand to help. She was very important to the success of the tour and it was really good to work with her again. Having the same tour manager made such a difference to me as it gave such reassurance and confidence to my planning as I knew Maria already knew how I liked doing things and that we would be able to get things done efficiently.

“On reflection this is a key reason why I won’t be looking outside of Club Europe for our next tour as it is such a bonus to be able to work with the same people year on year and be able to build on the experience to make things even better in the future.”

In summary Peter said: “There was good contact with Cath as usual. I was most impressed with [the company’s] readiness to help. I can’t praise the ski instructors more highly.

“A well organised experience, which was a success thanks to the help given before and during the trip by the Club Europe staff.”
